In our new
Biography series, listeners get the opportunity to hear the life
stories of artists and people through the music that has influenced and
inspired them over the years.
Here's how it goes:
Hosted by Dustin Hunter, each edition of Biography features a new guest
who selects 8 to 10 songs (or thereabouts ;) that they feel have, for lack of a
better phrase, "provided the soundtrack to their lives;" then they take us with
them as they re-live the journey.
| It Pops. It Rocks. It can go down sweet or bitter.
Whether the music is speeding through crunching electric guitar rhythms,
thumping bass lines and rollicking drum beats or stripped down to acoustic
simplicity, the music revolves around tasty melodies and sometimes humorous,
yet always honest lyrics. Peto has been writing and performing music for nearly
20 years. He has two albums that are available on CD Baby,
Sugarcoated
and In My Place.
Peto is also a
good friend who I managed to coerce into driving up from Portland to be the
guinea pig for our very first edition of Biography. Such a good sport! Thanks
