Governor Rick Perry of Texas and a Republican Presidential candidate has signed a vow to propose a constitutional amendment stating marriage is between one man and one woman if he wins the nomination and goes on to be elected President.

Previously, Perry stated he was opposed to same sex marriage but felt it was up to states to decide. Guess signing will guarantee a few more votes from the idiots in our country.
