It has the net ok.... it may b restricted 2 military and intelligence and party nobs and so not freely available, but they have it ok... and no doubt some of these nobs have wee look see at porn just like nobs around the world. They may b the most extreme example of elite hypocrisy, national power grabbing and imposition of will on the general population, but they aren't alone in it...
