I got a job intervieuw,
and it's with other people (like me),
I hate speaking in front of (more then 3) people (at the time).
I think I'm skipping the intervieuw,
cause XANAX wont' help me enough,
gosh I hate myself for things like this.

If the other folks are like you, they will likely be understanding.
Not saying you ought to skip out. In fact, imho, you might be
better off facing the interview.
For my own part, awaiting something to be sorted. Then, I
am hoping to go to work in a sheltered environment. Sure,
it will likely mean only half pay, but at least it helps me to
be productive.
Find that even a minimal "routine" seems to help relax me.
Order settles the fluttering jitters. But I need to know that
at a "job" it's okay to move away for a respite if needed.
Also, I'm not keen on what I sense as overloaded supervision.
Show me how to do it, let me do. Give me a bit to "get the hang",
be fair. I'll give top quality work.
"You hire me to do the work, let me do it." As opposed to,
"Am I doing this correctly? Can you stand over my shoulder to
crack a whip?"
Over my shoulder at an odd angle is terrible for me too. I have
a very high level of panic, want to reach out, maim, kill. I tell
friends and family that it is my "kill zone". Just outside of periphery
vision, flitting and weaving, drives me full out bonkers.
Sheltered places to work are often more understanding of such nuances.
And they try accommodating these within reason. Granted, they still desire
the work being done. But if you get interrupted by a co-worker moving too
briskly in your area and need a moment to step aside, collect yourself, you
are granted that.
