You don't have to use any of the chemical enemas. A few rinses using a douche bag with plain water is great (and even better is to use bottled drinking water without chlorine, the chlorine in tap water also removes the good bacteria in your colon).

Tap or bottled water in not a huge thing. But if non-chlorinated water is handy, it's jut easier on your insides. I've used both.
