Less than a week after making national headlines for coming out as HIV-positive on Today, Charlie Sheen is making news once again. RadarOnline (http://radaronline.com/celebrity-news/charlie-sheen-hiv-positive-caught-camera-performing-oral-sex-man/) claims it has obtained bootleg video of the actor engaging in a sex act with another man.
The minute-and-a-half long video, which was purportedly shot in 2011, shows Sheen smoking crack in a Las Vegas hotel room and then grinning up at the camera before performing oral sex on the man.
According to RadarOnline, it was been part of a $20 million lawsuit against Sheen in which the man accused the actor of giving him herpes.
The lawsuit claimed the two men met in Las Vegas in April 2011. According to the plaintiff, Sheen “entered into a nefarious plot designed to lure Plaintiff into his luxurious hotel room to serve his prurient desires.”
After assuring the man he had “no venereal diseases,” the two went up to a hotel room where they watched porn together and engaged in “mutual oral copulation, mutual self-gratification, rubbing and massaging each other, play-wrestling, licking and (unprotected) intercourse.”
The lawsuit was eventually settled out of court.
