As a bottom on both occasions we used to condoms - so this question did not arise,
When you are in a committed relationship with a guy, you have the time to clean yourself inside out - using a douch. Also because you are monogamous, there is no risk of catching an STD even when you bareback, All this said, the asshole has a lot of bacteria.... Does the enema or douche kills them? As a top, how do you stay safe from bacterial infections when you bareback?

I dont know rhe tecnical answer but here is an anecdotal one. My boyfriend and I have been monogamous for the last 3 years. We started barebacking the second time we had sex. As the bottom I almost always clean inside and out. Neither of us has had any kind of infection or any adverse reactions. Hope that helps!

Not a stupid question at all. The simple warm tap water enema clean out does reduce the amount of fecal coliform bacteria present but certainly does not kill them at all. This bacteria can give you stomach distress if ingested so no ass to mouth without a proper soap and water washing beforehand. About the only way I know to have a problem fucking ass bare would be if you have some kind of wound on your penis. In that case, use a condom until you are healed. Make damned sure you can trust your partner's health information. Fecal coliform is not that bad a problem, but if he was Hepatitis and doesn't know it, you could be infected too.

STDs aside, there are lots of ways to do douche. CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid... almost every drug store sells a pre-mixed enema douche that includes a squirt bottle and nozzle. Enema bags work well too and are the easiest to self administer. If you don't happen to have either of those handy, a simple plastic 2-liter bottle filled with warm water and a half a drop of very mild dish washing liquid will do the trick. Simply mix your solution, go into the bathroom, get into doggy position, insert the top of the bottle past your sphincter and let gravity take over (although you may have to squeeze the bottle a few times to complete the process). How much solution you can hold will depend on your size and tolerance, but you'll know when it's time to empty... just make sure the toilet is nearby so you can empty without making a mess.

I typically repeat the process two or three times and, then, before expelling, I will insert a medium to large plug in my ass and walk around my apartment a bit and do some bending exercises before releasing the douche. And, just to make sure I'm totally clean inside, I do one more full douche and double check to see that the water I expel is perfectly clear. Only then do I feel like I'm clean and confident I can handle a big cock and full load without having to worry about messes.

I've never been a fan of condoms. I understand they are necessary in certain situations, but I much prefer bareback when bottoming, topping or sucking.
