Hmmmm, there probably is sex going on at bi camp but my guess is that it's not out in the open like it can be at some campgrounds.

I have friends that go to campgrounds in my state and some who go to one in WV and how at both of these places there's more of a social atmosphere than the other campground I described or the one that the original poster described where he got gang fucked and pulled a train.

You can find sex at the other campgrounds my friends go to but that's not the main reason everyone goes there and sex is certainly there and easily available if you want it; but it's not out in the open like it can be at other campgrounds, and people are there more to make friends than fuck as many people as they can in a week/weekend.
