I used to love "Der Wienerschnitzel" as they used to once call them--we had them down in Savannah but there aren't any in my neck of the woods now-

But as good as they tasted---your cardio doctor would not like ya to eat all of that kind of food!!!!

As long as people do eat food like that--the cardio docs will never be out of work!!!!!

That makes me think of the hot dog chain near where I grew up, Portillo's. I miss those hot dogs. I may have been born in Ohio, I may be living here now, but I grew up 20 miles from Chicago. I haven't had a decent hot dog in almost 9 years. The cafeteria at my college recently put out what they called "Chicago Dogs". So I thought I'd give it a try. It didn't have poppy seeds on the bun but I never really noticed a difference in the taste. I took a nibble off the end of it and could tell it wasn't beef, I thought, oh well can't have everything it's still a fairly good quality meat. Then I get a good bite of it and nearly spat the thing out. They had the audacity to BOIL it. A Chicago style hot dog is supposed to be steamed, the nerve of some people.
