Ok, as I've gotten older my ability has got less strong and less long. Don't know if female types understand?, but ..... the pole still works but it doesn't reach the top nor stays that long. My partner (female - 52yrs) is going through 'the change' and between us we've used lube liberally and it still hurts her when it ever happens.. and that's not sensual sex.

I don't know. She's totally not into anal and I know lube works there. She loves my doing oral on her and will go over multi-times but during the whole time, her pussy gets mildly wet but not enough to enter without massive lube.

I'm thinking of trying the pills because at this stage of life, I'd drather have a 4hr pole raise and be worried, than none at all.

So here's the question:

Is performance the criteria with your partner to get; you/partner/both of off?

told you all - just asking a Q and looking for answers. Thanks in advance - graytwo

Graytwo,

You talk about two problems, the need for lubrication and maintaining an erection. Second one first.

If you can use the pill, go for it. You don't have to be relegated to a 4-hour woody. You can always adjust the dosage by breaking the pill in half or having the doctor prescribe a lower dose.

Even if you solve the erection problem, it doesn't solve the lubrication problem. In fact, it may create more problems since you say "it still hurts her." Being able to last longer may not be a blessing.

Having gone through similar problems, I would answer your inquiry be saying that for myself, the performance criteria is getting her off. Before my wife passed away, our lovemaking became almost entirely oral because she found penetration painful. She loved being pleasured orally, so I found that an acceptable way to redirect our intimacies. Sometimes that meant taking care of myself in the shower so I could have mine. But I loved giving her orgasms and could not cause her pain.

That's how it worked for me. Everyone has to find their own solution. I hope that you can find yours.

hmm

I might suggest that your lady read this article below, then talk to her Doctor about having her hormone levels tested and then investigate the efficacy of testosterone cream. It is amazing stuff. Warning though, if it works for her, it will REALLY work, so you'd best be up to the task LOL.

article:

as for Viagra, or Cialis, or even Caverject....it is AWESOME for both the man AND the woman. The best lover I've had to date is now nearly 80 years old and he used Viagra, and may I just say WOW.

I even know some younger men with NO problems maintaining who use Viagra in order to be able to perform longer for their women. Not ALL women O from oral sex; some need longer stroking and Viagra rocks for that.

best of luck to you both
Peg

You know, in less than 12 hrs I've received more information from two people many miles from us than the Doctors I/She/we've been going to for months and months. I know my Dr. really disses me about the "non-up and ready" since all my male hormones test ok. After the ok, he basically gave me the "take two aspirins and call my office for another appointment - if things don't rise" routine.

I'm not into pain or giving pain to anyone. As dumb as it seems, I never thought there were two problems until I read your responses. Sheesh, can't see the forest because of the trees.

Both your posts make total sense! I'll definitely followup on your recommendations.

Thanks to you both for sharing.

Remember that if an erection lasts for more than 4 hours......call an adult film producer. He'll hire you on the spot.

you're very welcome graytwo - happy to help. Doctors want you to keep coming back I think. I have no such vested interest: I just love helping people.

Please let me know how things fare with you two... either by a reply here or in a private message.
