Alright, the hormone-free thread died quickly: apparently those who enjoy reading non-sexual content on here are less into posting regularly. :tong: Elian mentioned in another thread recently, though, that he thinks we have covered all possible topics and are just recycling them.

To disprove that thesis, I will do my best to post new, fresh, bold, sex-related topics for as long as there is reader/responder interest! I'll do this twice a week, so when you see a question, you have about 3 days to respond.

I do want to start with the question I asked Elian in that earlier thread, because it's a question I think everyone has a right to respond to :tong::

Which muppet would you most want to do?

Elian's response was:

After giving serious thought to your question I see three possible scenarios:

1) Threesome with Bert and Ernie
2) Something with Beeker - he's eccentric - sometimes the quiet ones surprise you
3) Snuffleupagus - you know what they say about guys with long trunks

..under absolutely NO circumstances would I let the Svvedish Chef within 200 feet of my naughty bits.

His response make my own feel rather shallow:

(1) I have to confess to a longtime (over 35 year) crush on Guy Smiley;
(2) Animal (after being thoroughly disinfected, shampooed, and tooth-brushed, of course)...omg, his raw energy is just so intense...and we all know drummers are just sexy (that natural sense of rhythm);
(3) Remember that "Mah-na, Mah-na" song, with the monster and the two girls who sang the "Bah-ti bitibi" part? The monster may have been a young Animal, now that I think about it. Anyway, a threesome with those lovely ladies makes my list.

Snuffelupagus was close (eyes to die for...such cute long lashes! and sensitive? *swoon*). But I'm afraid big and hairy has never been a turn-on for me...again, shallow, I know.

Anyone else care to share?

The local radio station did a spot ad one time for the "Tickle me THERE" Elmo doll -

They were also the station giving away a free Harley Davidson motorcycle that had the voiceover of a scrawny kid on a japanese bike going "Hey baby, how about a ride?" and the sound of a mature vuluptous female voice saying "No Thanks, I like a REAL rumble between MY legs" - followed by appropriate Harley noise.

Well, now I *had* to look up the one I was thinking of...I'm not sure this is the exact same one I remember, but it's closer than the one Elian posted: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hTkGXuiT55w&feature=related.

It's funny; I seem to remember the girls being prettier and cooler...but then it was the 70's...all the drugs permeating our culture back then made lots of things seem cooler than they were, LOL.

Anyway, thanks for all the awesome responses to this!!

I think it's about time for our next question. It's a practical one this time, and one I've been curious about for a while, so I hope people have some good ideas (though keep in mind, there's no right or wrong answer). And most importantly, it's another one I don't think I've ever seen addressed in these forums!

You're going to host an orgy, expecting say 20-30 people. You have a good wide, open, comfortable room for it. The question is: how many chairs/sofas are appropriate to put out?

I know it's typical for the hostess to answer first. But I think this time I'll hold off adding my thoughts until after people have had a chance to respond.

Annika L

*chirrup, chirrup*

Damn. Nobody has feelings about orgy etiquette or aesthetics? I'm surprised at you people!

Someone in chat did suggest a large tarp and a bottle of Wesson oil. I guess my thoughts were that chairs (or couches) would add variety, and allow different kinds of positions...and not everyone is comfortable on the floor! But for an orgy of 30, you'd never need seating for more than 15, right? So probably somewhere in the neighborhood of 5 to 10 would do. But that's just my intuition...I'm still curious to hear from someone who's been to an orgy, and can comment on whether there was too much or too little seating....

Anyhoo...I'll give this another try...certainly people must get hungry at an orgy. So our next question that has not yet been addressed in the forums:

What are the best snacks/foods to serve at an orgy?

I'm guessing nothing too heavy, and probably nothing hot. Soup is probably right out...although other liquids (particularly of a condiment nature?) could be very appropriate. Items with particular textures or shapes?

Now come on...you don't have to have been to an orgy to answer...use your imagination! Suppose you arrive at an orgy, and after an hour or so, you're feeling a bit peckish (great word, peckish)...what would you be absolutely delighted to see there?

These are kind of cute and all - but they don't have the err..umm...long NOSE of the other ones <wink>

About the 70's being cooler, I distinctly remember sitting in the ER of a hospital a year or two ago waiting for a friend with a really bad fever - At 2AM we were all watching the coolest of the cool "boogie on down" a receiving line on Soul Train - flare bottom jeans and all..

I don't really know about cooler but my understanding from an older friend of mine is that the folks were definately more friendly and outgoing - I guess a few years of co=caine in the 80's made everyone a bit uptight.

..I've guessing at all of this mind you ..the defining moment of MY generation was either the fall of the Berlin wall or Peter Jennings putting a condom on a banana - take your pick.

I'm trying to contemplate what this might be like, honestly I don't really know - should we hand out free kitty ears and leashes?

I do like the idea about "non-standard" furniture - the stuff meant for regular sitting sometimes feels uncomfortable when you're trying to bend it the OTHER way.

OK, great now you've got me <blushing>

orgies ??? non spicy foods, finger foods are good, mild cheeses, with carrot sticks etc etc
add things like chocolate sauce and body paint, whipped cream etc.... it can add a lil extra spice to a orgy that goes beyond just the food and fucking....
even edible / favoured condoms can work....

as for furniture, there are things like air chairs, fold out foam chars and couches....etc... they are brillant for orgies, as they can be used at the mood takes you...and the advantage of foam, is that you can squeeze and hug them as you are being passionately deeply penetrated from behind and it adds to the heightened mood....

supply water, bottled water.... orgies can get hot, sweaty and a constant supply of liquid refreshments is very good.... water is very good, even favoured water.... its simple, easy to sip or gulp, rinse the mouth after oral or eating etc etc

wipes, tissue wipes.... a must have at every orgy..... fucking is nice... but the ability to clean up is important for ladies and men......

Alright...so I started this thread long ago, and then let it die a week later. I don't even remember why.

But it does sound like a good idea. SO:

Would you date someone half your age? Why not? Or under what circumstances?

Not *terribly* outrageous, but give me a break...it's been a while; I have to ease back into it.

That cuts it close. i may consider it if they were mature enough emotionally, personality wise. They would need to be accepting and understanding. Not looking to replace or leave my wife. As far as sexuality, well, open to either gender so far. By so far I mean, not concerned by women sexually. And yes, I'd be open to transgender or hermaphrodite suitors. With me it's not so much about the plumbing as the one managing it. ;)

Yeah. Void, it's been a combination of all those factors. There have been times recently where we've marveled at the durability of the friendship. Yes, we've had our temporary " fallings-out," conflicts, but there's this powerful undercurrent of compatability that has kept us cemented. Something karmic about it. ;)

Void, I am one of the ladies who can enjoy masculine company...but really only when it's not drooling...which imposes certain limits.

Let's see, I don't think I answered this one. Yes, under the right circumstances, I would absolutely date someone less than half my age...hits rather close to home in fact. As others have said, a certain degree of maturity is required. And love, always.

I think we're ready for a topic change:

If a 6-hour life-sustaining oasis could be set up on any planet or moon in the solar system, which planet or moon would be the best for a romantic/sexual sojourn?

Much as I love Saturn, I have developed in recent years an absolute fascination with Jupiter. I think sex on its closest moon would be...heavy.

When relaxing on my front porch on a tranquil summer evening, I have a panoramic western sky to look at it. Quite often, Venus appears there as a solitary, very bright star. I've gazed at it so much by now, I'm probably fixated by it. Have always been enchanted by that planet, my obvious choice.

Yes, Venus the planet poets pointed to as Lucifer, or the bringer of light. Normally seen of evening, or morn right before sunrise. She is an interesting planet. Some myths attribute her to being akin to Aphrodite, goddess of love and passion. Suppose, I would choose Venus as well, nice to ponder sex on Earth's twin.

Annika, for you and some other of those ladies here, I would be more than capable of not drooling. There are far better other ways to express passion and desire. At the time it was simply the one which came to mind. I was very tired in the wee morning hours. One better way would be to caress such a lady with a small cat-o-nines made of silks, then allow oneself to stimulate orally with tongue. That's of course after such a lady was treated to respect and as a Lady for a day, an evening, on into the night. During the night the Lady may at her discretion become far less than a lady, yet next morn she remains ever the Lady.

I've no great lack in my confidence to sate a woman, or man. Not perfect but realize I know how and do well enough. :)

I saw a bit of it, yet we didn't seem to be greatly excited. Wife is more into astronomy yet didn't seem to note this. Where we live due North seems more Westward than what I would usually expect. RT. 33, which runs East to West runs by the road on which we live. There's around three to four ways we can leave and return home, we take these at random.

Still chuckle over a psychologist's question. "Are you paranoid?" My reply was caustic enough to not warrant a response.

"Do you watch the news? In all honesty, I'm not sure if you'd call paranoia or simply heightened awareness. You're the doc, doc, you tell me."

She merely scribbled something which to this day I've not seen. Her demeanor was unreadable. Still I think it's hi-larious. And I've sense fairly much given up on watching the news, as it all seems naught but fear porn entertainment, propaganda, fascism propagated live at 6 'o clock and 11. It even creeps into the entertainment televised shows. Bah, I don't play that game.

As for espousing more passion please blame hmm, no, the only excuse I can offer is having come to face some difficult realities in life. I toyed wiv idea of making a funny 'bout Pandora's box... decided some otha bugga wud try.

Well yes, I'm a bugger, obviously. *LOL* Even if I wanted there's no offense being called that. :) Ty for the addition to my reading list.

I'm engaging in a true undertaking. As I grew up, had a few old bird types what knew about classical instruction in the liberal arts. A couple masculine teachers also tainted me toward that bent. Now realizing it in hindsight.

You'll know what I say, looking to educate myself with the Trivium and Quadrivium fully. Found a web site that lists out a syllabus for that. So, yes, I'll be reading a lot, even more than normal.

Hopefully, my brain will explode and peace is found.

Would entirely depend on the reception I received on my entrance. Regardless, the view alone would make the trip worthwhile *wink*. Shall I bring my partner along as well, then? Would decrease the awkwardness of joining in.

Let there be no mistake on this point: I will *not* be fucking any rodents...odd or otherwise; space or otherwise. I had two rats for a short time (they don't live all that long)...they got hugs and kisses and little slices of cucumber...there was zero sexual attraction. Had they been odd stowaway space rodents, they wouldn't even have gotten the hugs and kisses. *Makes mental note to add cucumber to Pandora packing list*

I can't believe the astronomy I'm learning on this thread...I'd better change the topic soon, huh?

So Metis is the name of that closest moon to Jupiter. It looks...suspiciously similar...to Saturn's Pandora (Metis is also quite close to Jupiter's rings and would likely afford a good view). But it orbits Jupiter at friggin' 80,000 miles! That is one third the distance of our moon from Earth. Can you *imagine* looking up at Jupiter if it was 1/3 the distance of our moon?? Supposedly, the view of Jupiter from Metis encompasses about a 60-degree arc of sky. Holy crap! Given how little gravity there on Metis, I'd be fighting a perverse urge to see if I could jump from there to Jupiter!

Pandora is a comparable distance from Saturn...a bit further...and Saturn is a bit smaller than Jupiter, but has the more impressive rings. And Fran could probably distract me from perverse thoughts of jumping (though I may have other perverse thoughts to worry about *wink*).

Alright, enough with obsessing over celestial bodies *smirk*. Let's talk a bit about what goes down when the lights are out (...um *cough*, so to speak).

How many candles do you typically have lit during sex? Also feel free to elaborate on any incense preferences (but check your reading on that i-word to make sure you have the right one).

Easy answer; one. Right on my table next to my bed. Not sure about the scent; almost want to say cranberry; it definitely has that color. Frustrated me the other night when I couldn't get it lit. Had to resort to depending on hallway nite-lite. ;)

Candle/s: So far none. Opportunity has not really presented itself. Those times it did, candles were the farthest from the minds involved, least to my awareness.

Incense: Again, not really used any for sex. No sense of smell kind of limits exploring that.

Sorry if that seems a depressing response, or too rigid. We're not all alike. Not all enjoy the same aspects of life. I could not respond. Not sure that's correct either. Probably better for others that I not respond though.

I don't know.

Glad you enjoy it. Read it was a favorite in the Kama Sutra (https://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/27827) , often used by courtesans. My wife says she enjoys the musky odor this body gives off, at least until she privately suggests a wash. She doesn't need to suggest washing often. Despite seeming to be a rather grungy country boy at times, I do like keeping at least modestly clean.

Let my dogs worry over food if my wife is not available.

"Here. This smell bad to you, pup?"

Have even given consideration to listing one as a service animal. Regardless, not having a sense of smell is not considered a disability. Ergo having one of my dogs as a service animal could not be.

People are less forgiving and less intuitive than our animal kin. My dogs nearly instantly pick up I lack a sense of smell. They also instantly seem to take me under wing.

Again, glad you enjoy the scent of sandalwood. I enjoy the taste of sweet peppermint candies, obviously time with the dogs living with me. :) Those are not exactly sexually related, merely offering something, not sure why.

Recently met a lady who had one of these http://medicalservicedogs.com/what-are-service-dogs/. Uncanny, amazing pets.

Yes, although if you posit they are for service, it is suggested to not consider them pets.

Attended a writer's conference once, a few writers who were blind also attended. The one lady had a dog that was for service. She politely discouraged people from seeing the dog as a cute little pet.

Her explanation was that the dog was an extension of herself, a tool likened to a prosthetic. The dog was her eyes. Of course, she herself, did offer the dog a good deal of cute little pet affection. If she cleared her throat, the dog stood at the ready and the pet went away.

Have a small dog we keep inside. Most of my dogs get corrupted by my wife. :) This small dog is no real exception, yet he will work and service for me if I ask. He has a few times kept me from using bad milk, eating spoiled foods. Now, he is facing some adversity with me eating more whole foods, fruits and veggies. :)

There is a lot of that which I cannot share with him for toxicity issues for dogs. There's also a good bit I can share. The adversity lies in his slight inability to sense if the whole food products are bad or not. I'm confident he will learn.

In perfumed incenses, Sandalwood has long been a favorite of ours. In recent years we've also developed a strong taste for Tibetan/Himalayan incenses, which tend to be less perfumy, and more smoky, incorporating herbs rather than scented woods.

To answer the question in full, we generally light one to three candles (more in the winter, when the extra flame can serve a real purpose of adding needed heat to the room), a stick of Tibetan and a stick of perfumed incense (the combo of the two together is quite sexy, I find).

One night recently, one of my neighbors, a young college guy, was entertaining friends in his back yard and had a fire pit going. He & his friends are avid Mary Jane users.

Just so happened, I had company arriving for a rendezvous. So, the combination of scents from the firewood, the occasional whif of reefer, and a heavy dose of incense he was burning to mask it....created a very earthy, sensual aroma. My guest discerned it & responded to it immediately while exiting his vehicle. And yes, it contributed to a very sexy ambiance. ;)

You don't *use* Mary Jane...you develop a relationship with her! But yes, the aroma you describe sounds just lovely.

Danced with her for about 9-10 months. The worst to ever happen she made me pass out once. That also may have been due to other factors.

No longer dance with her in honor of wife's requests and a lack of needing trouble should it decide to come. If it were mandated legal all over, might enjoy a dance, or two a month. It would help me do that relax thing folks talk about. Most days for me are either all out self depressive, or euphoric. Often slip back to sociopath feeling of no feeling in order to function.

Then I need to be guarded as it is real easy to mesh thought with action. "Oh hey, wouldn't be great to make so and so vanish because they're being a stupid idiot? Hm, sure ..." No, not saying that I have, lest to my awareness. Saying I need to be vigilant against myself as well as what external flinging of that Mr. Murphy brings.

Not really a place one can enjoy being as there is no real feeling. Everything is desolate and devoid, it all blurs into one cluster-fucked jumble of shit on shit by shit. Used to enjoy going fishing, stalking, planting garden, simple things. There's no joy, no anything, merely motions.

One escape is my critter kids and my wife. I can love them and do and am ever grateful of them. Not really able to talk much with the wife well, because we both kind of find ourselves at the same place. We have our differences yet we are too alike at those times. Both INT persona and so naturally quiet, not really into drama (ours or anyone else's), we're not into stupid reality shows.

You realize there's really zilch out there *points to the worlds at large all around us* as far as true entertainment for INT or INJ persona? We've seen all the plots so every story jumps the shark 2-5 minutes in. *imitates flipping the channels every two minutes* It gets rather well, fucking frustrating. *defenestrates the imaginary television remote and sits looking blankly off into nothingness*

We feel displaced, ridden hard and put up wet with not even a reach around. How can you talk to anyone who feels that with you? What do you talk about? We talk about loving one another, our kids. Not got much else and so we make do with where we are, what we have, even if we don't have.

And reaching out, talking to others becomes difficult as well. You don't want to spoil their happiness, however blindly attained it may be. Nor do you feel your voice really matters, as it seems any action you do is futile, any gesture even talking.

Been told I ought to be a psychologist. Have to laugh. Looked up more about psychology, grasped a further understanding of it. Come to see why I can self-diagnose. There's no real science to psychology, only a guess. That noted and the cost entailed to get the toilet paper for the wall what says you're qualified by x authority to practice, seems pointless to bother.

Also know I'm coming to a better place in life. It is a place where I find happiness without looking. :) This place also lets me live as me and damn what anyone else thinks. I can be free and happy and none can take that away. :) The footing is slippery here at times but if I act like a goat with the cunning of a fox, my steps are minded well enough to be true.

Apologies for the novel. *chuckles* That's another tea or coffee I owe you. :)

*very happy wide grin* Yes. Relaxing seems to do that. *imagines self repacking the bowl, firing up and passing along*

Would if could, not that I don't desire it at times. Clears away a lot of pointless stupidity for a few hours, lets me think clearly without actually thinking. Yet even though an herb sweet MJ has no medicinal values and is ruled the most despised and wicked step child.

Never found myself doing much of anything beyond MJ. Tried a bit of something called brown ball, speed ball once. It was a mix of cocaine and heroin, least so I was told. Did not care for it. Too much of a spike then fall out. But I did not try it because of MJ. Matter of fact went back to MJ to flush it out of me.

Of course, our American currency is 95% or more laced with cocaine thanks to the Central Idiots Agency. One reason I avoid handling it among other reasons. Anyway I ramble and toss too much on the tiles.

Listen to Officer Safetie over here. I can *smell* incense but not candles (well, except the scented ones, I suppose...not a huge fan). With candles, the whole point is to see them, and see by them. They show up from quite a distance...you can certainly keep them 5+ feet from the bed...they shed light further than that.

So, besides being ostracized to an island, we're also The Site That Must Not Be Named? Where did this defeatist attitude come from? One particularly vicious troll & an ostentatious control -freak? This could inspire an Outrageous New Topic Thread. :shades:

So much to reply to. *sigh* Well, let's start here with damage control.

Love your post, peps.... But no, no defeatism here. Just sarcasm. I find it quite odd on The Bisexuality Club that this site is pretty consistently referred to as "the other site" or "that other site", whereas, for instance, there is no issue with saying "My Secret Choice". So my comment there was a light slap at such awkward dancing around.

The island comment was just an observation...two people posting to a thread is a conversation...6-10 makes a forum...in between, which is what we have, feels more like people huddled around a campfire, keeping warm, sharing rations and light banter, waiting for more to show up. Just the image that comes to mind. The fact that we've sustained this thread as long as we have without gaining or losing posters enhances that impression. It's kinda cool, in a way...and yeah, maybe deserving of its own Outrageous New Topic.

What are we doing? So who is supporting Annika in the purple chair again? Don't they make special furniture for that??

let me fix that for you - "nothing quite kills the mood like running NAKED from a fire .."

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2x9l11u4F_0

Yes, sorry but the only reason I decided to post was because I have had a seemingly similar experience to our OP in "Help" .. which seems to be an actual thread, with actual words asking for advice.

I've met a new friend, but he says he wants to be monogamous - so I'm not sure how he would feel about me interacting in an online forum with a plush chair, candles, incense and a faux-cougar rug on the floor.. you forgot the music..

..by the way, now I can't get the image out of my head of the animated overstuffed chair that used to be on the set of "Pee-Wee's Playhouse" - I hope somebody doesn't say the secret word of the day... (There's a certain company that makes those massage chairs in the mall that get a little -too- personal ..)

Damn. Y'know, I hadn't even *noticed* the faux-cougar rug! I mean, not just that it was faux (that's pretty apparent, once you notice the rug), but that it was there at *all*!

Elian, thank you for posting. I'd been missing seeing you around...it's good to get an update. Congratulations on finding a new friend! Of course, you'll decide what you're comfortable with...or what he'll be comfortable with...but I do have to point out that this is a discussion, not an orgy. Well, to be fair, it is multiple discussions. And to be extra-fair, some of them are *about* orgies. But still, I see nothing in this thread that even comes close to violating monogamy. But if your new friend has an aversion to plush, flame or smoke, I understand that.

Oh...and void hasn't even let me *see* the purple chair yet, damn it!

Now, about the music. Of course there is music. I can turn it up if you need me to. BUT, if you re-read post #1 (on a thread specially dedicated to you), you will recall that the purpose of this thread is to explore sex-related topics that have not yet been discussed. There have been both threads and blogs discussing music during sex. So this was not an oversight, but an intentional omission (and one I slightly resent, since I love talking about music).

Anyway, I hope you decide to chance posting here once in a while...but I understand if you feel you can't/shouldn't/don't want to. Best wishes!

I have no clue how to interpret the fact that this site is gaining members. Question #1 is whether the bulk of the new accounts actually correspond to different people.

And I don't care to be too critical of the Bisexuality Club, on account of its newness and the fact that it's clearly still trying to figure itself out.

We use Dough Ray Me electric. It is from yeast interacting with the sun's rays. Really fancy high tech stuff found a box marked 1892 Experiments Of Von Lickenstien. The box looked as though it was over 6,000 years old though, carbon testing confirmed.

Yes...women are no good at taking care of eels...they need a big strapping man!

But electricity is a fine next topic:

What is your favorite use of electricity while having sex?

Myself, I'm not a huge fan of vibrate-y things when I'm with another person. And as we've discussed, I use candles for lighting. So my two favorites (highly original) would have to be:
(1) air conditioning when it's too damned hot to want to touch another person; and (most significantly)
(2) to provide the correct mood music (though having some live instruments present would definitely make for an interesting evening!).

Providing some good porn on my hd television as a prelude; a couple of nitelites plugged in sockets, lighting the way to my bedroom where there's a solitary candle; a good rotary fan pointed at my bed because I don't use ac.

Would have to say air conditioning, and/or fans, possibly heat dependent on environment. Not sure that would exactly qualify as a favorite so much as a necessity. May enjoy some light music such Tull, Benny Goodman, Yani, Kenny G, and other various light easy listening/smooth jazz artists.

My social excursions are pretty selective, other than the occasional need for goods. I'm semi-retired now, so, more home bound than ever. And I happen to fit the profile of the typical writer to the proverbial "T." Namely, a consistent quality is that of being " reclusive. " This should really make you sit up & take notice. ;)

Never been into the local bar scene other than a brief period when I would visit the local strip club due to " cabin fever." That's about the extent of hook-ups around here, other than the net which is much more efficient; cut to the chase. :shades:

The irony being the connection of the "net" as you call it. Yet you were disparaging the younger generation of playing video games. Both actions require the electronics.

I understand being reclusive and a lot of the rationality for it. As I said, I was merely observing what I perceived as ironic humor. You do not need to "get it" or understand as you do not see through my eyes, at least not yet. *chuckles*

Also understand how the "net" is more efficient in communication. That rationality was why it was created by D.A.R.P.A, or at least what we've come to discern of it presently. Recall seeing an article once positing the French had something of a "net" prior to D.A.R.P.A, yet it was only local and suited to rural areas. Point being, yes, communication is the basis for the invention of the "net".

We barely scratch the "net"'s actual surface here on this site. There's Usenet, IRC, Mailing Lists, UCP, VPN, Gopher, FTP and likely a plethora of other aspects. All of it returns to communication as a basis in one form or another.

Understand your points here, least I think I do. It's not difficult to read or comprehend your points, not that you said it was, still seemed to imply I had inability to comprehend. I do comprehend your points and it still does not alter the irony I perceived.

You do not see the irony. Alright, fair enough. I do and I'll chuckle at it. That's fair enough too. I'm not asking you to accept the irony I saw. Do not ask me to un-see it though. Somehow not grasping how I would do that. Of course, I can never a mind either. :)

PS: Also consider the irony of me, yet another recluse telling another recluse to go out and meet people. *chuckles* See? Life is absurd. *grin*

Void, we're not talking about electronics in general here but about how we depend on them in relation to our sexual activities. So, your comparison is irrelevant, from deep left field, which is why I failed to see the irony.

And I wasn't disparaging gamers in general but a certain group I was unfortunate enough to have as co-workers. That was plain in my post on that thread.

"... electronics in general here but about how we depend on them in relation to our sexual activities. So, your comparison is irrelevant, from deep left field, which is why I failed to see the irony."

That is what you see as deep left field though. To me it is as clear as ...

"...I wasn't disparaging gamers in general but a certain group I was unfortunate enough to have as co-workers. That was plain in my post on that thread."

is to you. The relationship I inferred regards people and electronics in any context, subtext assigned or implied. It is just interesting to see two opposing arguments, pro and con as relates to people and their relationship with electronics or technology, especially when both arguments come from one person. I am speaking of people generally, all people and not one subset of people.

I did see the context of the other post and saw clearly you were discussing one subset of people. I broadened the scope and saw it as commentary regarding all people. Yes, this was my choice. Yes, it was my choice to chuckle. My choice to mention it. Thought you would see it as well, chuckle too.

Again, I using what I took as the definition of irony, saw irony. That prompted my choices, as I recognize you too seem keen to discern such things as irony, sarcasm and see the humor in them. Apparently, I over thought.

You say my vision comes from deep left field. Well, the 'Coach'/Life/Nature/The Cosmos put me way out here for some reason, if you like. :) He left all you nearsighted folks covering the bases. Saw you holding first last week, this week you're on second.

You might get bumped out here to relieve me next week. *chuckles* I don't think the 'Coach*' has any real favorites. It just puts you where you go and ... "no matter where you go, there you are." :)

I'm not arguing with you, only clarifying this view I have because you seem not to see it. * taps it over on the telegraph line "... --- ... :banghead:" *

At times it gets to feel frustrating, what as no one else can 'see' like yourself. Other times, it is downright hilarious. That's what makes communication both a blessing and curse, no one 'sees' the same because no one experiences the same. This is why at times, I fuss about words being in the way, they truly are at times. :)

And that "is what it is". Neither of us, no anyone else can alter that. We merely accept it at value and continue on. Or we go mad, or both ...:confused::cutelaugh:wacko::tong::rolleyes ::2cents::)

So I resign myself to being far more quiet than of late, here. It seems, to me at least, it is more difficult than not to share fun or what I at least see as fun. Not apologizing for my humor or sense of it. We all find different views in life, all are granted that freely and none can alter that unless we consent. Ergo, I'll just be quieter as I find little to say in the face of the adversities of being human.

And I'm alright with that. My opinion, views are not so important, nor do I believe or know them to be. The same as I know no one else's are as to be so important either. At the end of a day, ... it is what it is.

Ah, speak for yourself. I can get really fired up over well written erotica, whereby the reader is contracted to supply the imagery. It sounds like I should clarify here. I have nothing against pornography (aside from the not-insignificant exploitation issues) as a way to build arousal...have used it myself, and enjoyed it. Erotica can be even better...can dig into your brain and revisit you again and again, mmmm.

But I think of both porn and erotica as fore-foreplay (especially when one partner reads to the other). *During* sex feels like...hmmm...you shouldn't have attention to spare to it.

Not defensive merely expressing I liked erotica a bit more than porn. I am simply not the majority of men, though. Again that's not defensive, only stating fact and my preference. You do the same. The majority of visitors to this site do the same.

Ultimately it really does not matter to me, erotica or porn, they can both lead to the same ends. A shame conversing on this site does not seem to lead to that end. All the same beginning to seem a person cannot even do the conversing here. The site has really declined a lot, not pointing fingers, sites do decline like that.

Accidentally discovered dad's collection of men's magazines shortly after hitting puberty; kismet ? Needless to say, I was engrossed, night after night, after lights out had been announced, relieving raging hormones.

Later, in my teens, I became somewhat addicted to the reader's submissions in the Penthouse Forum, which was, btw, where I first discovered bisexuality & became turned onto it.

Maybe the topic here should have been ' Erotica' instead. :suave:

Some describe Marquis de Sade (http://is.gd/VwYpIK) as pornography. Can understand why, yet to others his works are erotica. One I am fond of is Dialogue Between A Dying Man and a Priest. There is mention of sexuality but this work more aptly visits morals, ethics, philosophy, religion, the human condition. Easy, for me at least, to understand why he was driven mad. I think this work closely resembles what I suggested earlier, a writer raping readers. It was erotic, and intellectual seduction for me. There was no rape here. I enjoyed the read. *blushing*

PS: You would need to go mad too pepper, to seduce me. I may help or may not. Not quite give it a lot of consideration. Pity this mind even attunes itself to walking out after thoughts.

And very rarely abroad... the desire for power I have always found unedifying, and irrespective of political party, I have always found that they may be pretty and even beautiful, that politics and power somehow makes them ugly inside as human beings.
i'm with u there about being turned off by someone who has that desire for power. i could see myself getting attracted to a politician who is into politics honestly to make the world a better place, as if those exist :|

Ok, ok, I can read the writing on the wall here. And I agree with it...I personally find the pursuit of power to be silly, rather than sexy. I admit I put it out there in part to see if there *were* any sexy politicians out there. Or at least what people though sexy in a politician. I'm afraid I can't get past Sarah Palin's appalling lack of judgment and her personality. Four years of winks and smirks would have seen me vacating the country, methinks.

So yeah, definitely time for a topic change.

I confess, I am a total goof. This will sound very extremely messed up. Let me preface it by attaching it is fantasy. Not sure it could ever be. Keep imagining myself lapping up rasins out of a lady's pussy. Also imagine lapping up mandarin wedges from a man's ass. As I said, I'm a goof. Not sure why I have such odd fruity sexual fanstasies. Perhaps it is due to being ...

bitten by a radioactive platypus

mysteriously finding a transdimensional rift once in a farming equipment store, traveling back in time and subjected to far too many Budwiser frog commercials

I recall one January night in our early 20's, my partner and I seeking privacy at my parent's house, and the best/least conspicuous we could do was in the moonlight in a huge snowdrift behind the shed. It was about 10F...and very hot.

All kidding aside, have a recollection of a canoe on a lake once with a gal. She felt assured it would have capsized with her howling like a ... in heat for me. Fortunately, no such waterlogging happened. Even if had, think she would have been surprised. Me being wired different, I'm the dumb bozo what gets harder when colder. I was once seduced by an older woman, a co-worker at the time. She was a very independent divorcee; owned her own home, completely paid for, very isolated in the countryside. My intuition told me something was up when she invited me for dinner in that remote location.

It was in the summer & she set the stage magnificently. She had a dinner of my favorite German ( she was also of German descent ) foods prepared on the back deck when I arrived. Just across from the dinner table was a refrigerator well stocked with various beers. And next to that was a Jacuzzi, emanating its sensual warmth at sunset while we dined.

I was already in hedonistic heaven with the food & beer  when she persuaded me to strip and plunge in. I basked in there for awhile as she did an impromptu strip tease in front of me, eventually revealing a very voluptuous hour-glass figure for a woman her age. She joined me and we indulged in some heated sensual foreplay & when the sexual tension became too much, she suggested we move to her living room floor where she had pillows strewn about the carpeted floor in front of a crackling fireplace.

By this time, it was dark, so we had the background sounds of nature infiltrating through open windows as we finally unleashed our animalistic urges.

One of my fondest sexual memories. :impleased

As an afterthought, Annika, there might have been a full moon that night. ;)

Let's address this first:

Hmmm..depends. A freezing cold freshwater rock pool in Glen Rosa on Isle of Arran wich is about 15' deep.. lessen one counts the edge of Atlantic ocean in a foot of water... middle of wich is ver deep indeed..

Nay, dear lass. A foot of water is a foot deep, even if it is connected to much deeper water. And the beach is not in water...unless/until it is.

For my own answer, it would have been in the Atlantic in about 4 feet of water, many years ago now. Frankly, I've always had sensitivity issues in water...hot or cold. And currents, tides, and all provided sufficient distractions of balance, etc., that orgasm was just plain difficult to reach. Fortunately I am persistent, and I don't shy from a challenge.

Did have another experience regarding water. It was not quite sexual,
though a little erotic. The experience happened at a powwow.

One of the chiefs had nominated me to babysit a drunkard. A shaman
thought the best remedy for the drunkard was three nights and days in a
sweat lodge. This meant I had to go to the sweat lodge, wanting to or
not.

The shaman's remedy did in fact work. As a benefit, he saw I spoke with
a good totem. Once we were released from the lodge the drunkard could
only pass out.

A few of the braves discouraged me from doing that. We first stumbled,
crawled and slithered into a cold lake. Walking was too heavy for us to
have ran to it.

Once we dipped in the lake for about a minute, we each took a two minute
turn in an outdoor shower which had only colder, cold water. It was
there I first understood being wired a lot differently than many.

In the shower, which was communal by nature, was a young mother and
younger daughter. To my shame I was fully erect and seemed ready for
anything. This was not brought on by these ladies and the mother
understood that.

On leaving the shower, I met this lady's husband who also understood. He
chuckled, patted me on the shoulder and suggested I go see the rest of
the braves. Our party of braves took flight in a way, skirting around
the camp no further than two miles.

We returned to camp right before dawn broke. Hit the showers again, then
went to our respective lodges and curled up in pelts. No one seemed too
eager to rouse us that day.

Sorry. Finding anything about Barney attractive would be akin to finding

what created this visceral phobia of clowns within me.

Wish I could return to innocence where clowns were not frightening.
Unfortunate I cannot. Children's mascots frighten me somewhat as well. I
fault that on a children's show, Romper Room. They had someone dressed

Into English common usage and indeed in2 the Oxford English Dictionary has passed the word "muppet", meaning a person who has no idea about anything.. we have a Prime Minister, a government and a parliament who could be described as muppets.. however, I , in common with most of Scots people and increasing numbers of other British folk, prefer to call them the much older Scottish equivalent word... numpties.. sounds like a word which could easily be given to a children's telly programme with muppets as the cast.. but trust me.. that would be a massive insult to muppets...:eek2:

First, let me say that I am *no* fan of Barney...the question was asked in a spirit of absurdity, and because it has not yet been asked, which is the point of this thread.

Second, we discussed muppet sexual appeal in the first topic of the thread (Barney was *not* a muppet).

Now, in response to Fran's note about muppets vs. numpties for MP's, PM's and the like. I can see where you might get "empty-headed" from the sheer concept of a muppet...after all, at their bare bones, the damned things are technically puppets. Add to that the fact that they arose as part of children's programming in what some might argue is an empty-headed culture, and I get it even more. But however you might have felt about Sesame Street or its muppets (many of whom I'd argue were quite wise, at least at times...though not all or always by any means), the muppets from The Muppet Show series are often downright bitingly insightful...hardly "no idea about anything".

So I definitely agree that calling British politicians "muppets" is an insult to muppets, as is calling muppets "numpties". Stick with numpties for politicians...I'd much rather have numpties for politicians than a bunch of clever folk who try to manipulate the system to further their ends. Hmmm...might Brits be calling their politicians "numpties" due to a kind of denial about reality? Or are British politicians that much of a different breed from their US cousins?

Why, Pep, would that get me hackles up?;)

...as for Annika's post responding to me about muppets, very few British politicians, and especially Tory politicians have any ideas of their own.. any ideas they espouse are the ideas of their masters, and so the true, unelected, political masters of the British people.. Britain's own billionaire class supplemented by ideas from global capital's billionaire class.. and so Annika's reference to muppets being quite wise sometimes rings true 2 a greater deree than perhaps she realises.. for muppet wisdom was the wisdom of script-writer, production company and TV station.... the equivalent of the wisdom or "wisdom" of the Tory Party's billionaire masters and ideas men.. :).

U would be much better trying to find an episode or 2 of Balamory 2 watch wiv vimto and malteasers... gr8 fun... if u cant find it ne wer on 'merican telly, u shud b able 2 get it on DVD.. is well worth the watch... our eldest girl was and is a huge fan... the middle 1 even more so.. and they have been since wee.. and so will the lickle 1 b4 2 long... And Kate and I r fans 2.. we have had few mucky times together in the town and on island wer it is filmed (Tobermory on the Isle of Mull).. and me dad swore by the whisky produced by Tobermory's distillery... :)

#What's the story in Balamory... :impleased

Aye, will have to scrape it in for watching. Sounds like sumpin de witch would be keen to watch, least once. She got me wound up over Midsomer Murders a while back, mind nay for kiddies but good story no less. We oft quote one of the reverbating phrases the suspects would say. "what are you saying to me?" And often the Chief Detective would quip, "Listen you, you got a few pages in your book stuck together. ..." Have made it further a running gag with her. "Book, pages? What are some libarian or sumwot? Oy, fetch me something to eat lest I recall canabilism is an option."

Keep wondering when she's plotting to turn over me life insurance and abscond herself to Ireland. Keep telling her Scotland is better, yet after not declaring indepence recently, who knows? * looks very befuddled * Silly todgers on tit o' queen mum and her grace, naught more than beggars still. But I nay be one to say, all the same sea and sky to me.

* puts Balamory in the to see bin, thinking it may be similar to the Wiggles, does not care if it is, will still watch and enjoy ... *

15 hours of back-to-back episodes of a Columbo Marathon on Hallmark Channel Mysteries yesterday https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Columbo ; to my amazement, the majority of episodes were ones I had not seen previously. Great, relaxing, stimulating day with my favorite detective other than Sherlock Holmes. :impleased Took a break late in the afternoon to get some groceries & beer, then right back to my tv chair. Finally retired sated & content just before midnite. :oh:

Yes, I have seen Columbo. That's all. Just one more question while I remember it. ... Are you sure it was midnight? I mean, me I never look at clocks except when the chief says I need to see it in the station. Never can keep a watch either. Say, that's a nice one you got there. It must have give you the time last night.

void, you were to count down to 14, no?

Oh, wait! It's *this* thread...how did I get over here?

(I appreciated you correcting your popcorn-related behavior, btw.)

Well, while I'm here, I should probably throw out a new topic, since the current one clearly expired an hour after it was posted (if not sooner).

What mythical beast(s) would you be most interested in having sex with? Again, of course, answering does not imply that you would actually have sex with *any* mythical beast (assuming it suddenly became possible, of course). But...*most* interested.

For instance, I have zero interest in gnome-sex. By contrast (and only by contrast, mind you, not by fantasy) satyrs hold some interest. BUT, to be completely honest, I'm a bit intimidated by satyrs and centaurs. So the question is which mythical beast holds the *most* appeal, even if you'd never actually do them. I'm thinking maybe it would have to be...a unicorn.

Was also thinking along the lines of sirens & mermaids but issues of penetration ( mermaid ) and inevitable death (siren ) were conjured. Actually, an Amazon was the first to come to mind. Used to be really hot for Lynda Carter as Wonder Woman. ;) :smilies15 But she was a glorified version of the female warriors who were actually more like black widow spiders who devour the male after procreation. :eek2: So....still pondering.

Not so worried about the dying. Have already beat death once, maybe two or three times. Once was a for sure. Another time I ought to have died and a third time I likely ough to have as well. Even if a siren does kill me, not sure I could think of a better way to go.

Female trolls?? Seriously? As some posters might say, eeeeew, that's nasty! Trolls are big...and they are hard...rock hard, even the women...but they tend not to have good hygiene habits. I would never get near the stench of a female troll (let alone a male troll).

But this is an opinion thread, and so I shall respect your taste.

Well, clearly we're all chomping at the bit to get into:

With which god or goddess would you most desire a sexual dalliance? Feel free to name more than one (but we'd most appreciate if your preference was clear, if you have one). And demigods are fine too.

I'm anticipating void's answer on this.

I think I would have to go with Athena. I have always been a sincere admirer. (I have this theory that if it had been me instead of Paris, the Hellenic wars never would have happened.) But if Apollo showed interest...or Bragi of Norse mythology...I could go there too. Oh yeah, I could. Apollo's hot.

Bah. Sorry, got lost in a word. Do that at times for no rime or reason. Would like to better understand what is meant in profitably, please? Can see that in a few different ways from here and not sure which is correct in this context. Yes, I understand we're having fun. Still like to have adequate understanding even in fun.

Not trying to be a Richard Cranium here. Difficult enough to just be me at times. Also while being less ambiguous, can I ask what is considered a tool. I see the mind as a tool and employ it, either mine or those of others in order to attain ends and or means. Also see a computer as a tool. See dressers as tools and broke two while enjoying my wife on different occasions, broke a bed doing the same with her once as well.

We just went at it and things broke. I get animalistic & it's not helped but to see things get broke. :oh: Boggle. I may need sleep more than I seek to avoid it.

LOL, not a problem, void...the question probably deserves some clarification.

I was using "profitably" in the loose, non-monetary sense: yields good result...I mean, I suppose you could use the technical definition of (revenue - cost) too, if you understand both quantities to be non-monetary, but pleasure-oriented.

I was using "tool", however, in a somewhat more literal sense. I understand that a computer could technically count as a tool (though a brain doesn't actually meet the definition...at least not for most tasks...think on that)...but that definition of tool is a bit broader than what I had in mind. I offered up power tools and "classical tools". Both were intended to be the kind one would keep in a workshop, toolbox, toolbench, or toolshed. Maybe you keep your computer there; who knows...it's still not a power tool, damn it...because it just isn't.

That said, it is entirely within the spirit of this thread/discussion to bring up "improvised tools" as well. For instance, we were given a beautiful glass wine decanter several years ago, with a stopper that is tapered at the stopper-end, but broadens out to an oblong bulb near the top, is delightfully smooth all around, and quite heavy. That has been used as a tool in a number of ways on a number of occasions...I'll leave how to your imagination.

void()
Sep 16, 2015, 4:42 PM
Alright, given our definitions think I may understand how to reply.

Once improvised the speeding of a car as a passenger to get a very
extraordinary blow job. The person giving the blow job could not help
but to enjoy all of me. It was profitable in the sense we both enjoyed
the rushing of the car.

Used ice as an improvised tool once. It helped a woman blossom and come
to love reverse cowgirl as a position. Also helped me in stirring a lot
more excitement.

Used a pile of clothes as bedding once with a guy. Not sure that counts
exactly as a tool, although he was a tool. He was an excellent tool for
scratching an itch in that moment.
