It does appear to be an involuntary response but some believe it can be learned. That spot is called the "G" spot and yes that is the most easy place to initiate female ejaculation but by no means the only way to make a woman "squirt"...some women squirt during orgasm and some before, after or all the above...some women "wet" themselves just getting excited! urine squirting / gushing can be caused by c sections, internal surgeries and weak bladder muscles due to pregnancy.....
