Hey everyone, I just wanted to say thankyou so much to all the people on here who I have spoken to recently and who have given me some amazing advice :)

I have been away from this site for nearly 7 months now and to be honest I really don't know why I left, I love this site and the people who use it. I really wouldn't have been able to be comfortable with who I am or how i'm feeling without the help of certain members on here, people who i've known a while and people I have only just met!

Anyways, that's me done, I just wanted to say a big thanks! :)

This site has helped a lot of folks struggling with themselves...and others. It's helped me in more ways than I can explain. Glad you had positive experiences, too.

Awesome! I know how you feel. I had a long hiatus from the site as well and returned about a year ago. I have been on a journey of self discovery for a few years now and this site and the facet of life it addresses has been a true eye opener. I have really enjoyed reading the questions, concerns, grumbles and stories from members here. I am not learning as much about sexuality as I am about the human condition here. I don't mean to say that I know all there is to know about sexuality, but that I see a larger picture here. Change a few words and self-identities of people involved and many of the trials and discoveries that people express here could apply to so many other members of society and societal issues. Discrimination is the thing I am reading about most. I tried a little exercise where I replaced words like bi with blind or trans with wheelchair bound and the stories often fit. Of course, sometimes that exercise makes no sense at all. What I really like about that idea is that I feel I am getting a broader understanding of marginalization. I think I am gaining a much deeper empathy for people. Some here dig deep into their souls and put their stories up for others to read. I don't go much for reading about eating cum the first time and other posts like that except for initial curiosity. But, when I have read those threads, I have been surprised to learn a little about myself too. That brings me to one important aspect of all this. We are all walking through the bisexual world here. One way or another. Some people here are bisexual, some monsexual and whatever various other labels that apply. Many of us are further along this road (or have travelled many different roads) than others. Some of us are just only learning about our sexuality and some are on the verge of self-acceptance and others are asking that question: what is my sexuality. Of all this, I am most excited and happy about the compassion of most people here and that I am not alone (or unique dammit).:flag2::color:
