Oh yes. I think most of remember the good old days of CL. It seems that so many things have changed since then. When I was younger, it seemed like everyone was looking for a bottom. I would post an ad looking to give head or bottom and before I knew it, I would be inundated with responses. Of course, I lived in a heavily populated area and could host in my apartment. In the summers when I had more time to kill, I would post an ad and my personal best was 10 different men in one day/night. It certainly took some scheduling, but it was possible. Now that I'm older, as you stated Racer86y, everyone seems to want to bottom... which I'm okay with because now I prefer to top. Be careful of apps like mensnation. Make sure you have fake name throwaway email address and a burner phone. I did this. Started to flirt with a guy and sent some pics. Craigslist was so simple.
Literally I could fire up a no-bullshit-to-the-point ad with an ass pic, swap a few messages with whomever's attention I'd catch to filter out the crazies and bullshitters, and then in maybe an hour have a hard cock thrusting into me (hell, maybe more than one at the same time, or more than one in a night easily!)
Flakes happened sure, but it was a much lower occurrence than what passes as hook up sites now,(doublelist almost has it right, but it's so censored that nobody can actually make ads "sexy" or eye catching and everyone seems to dance around things).
